We have recently finished a renovation with Summit and we wanted to write and let you know how extremely impressed we were with everyone from Summit who worked on the project.
We chose Summit because we were so impressed with Charlie Haddad and his approach. It took just two meetings for us to conclude the design with Charlie. Charlie also went out of his way to assist us in obtaining planning approval from our local council.
Now that we are living in the house, we couldn’t be happier with the design and how the design now functions. This is testament to Charlie’s skills as a designer.
We were very happy with our site manage, Tim Price. He managed the build in a very professional manner. He went out of his way to ensure things were done correctly. He was always willing to listen to any queries we had during the project and to attend to any matters that needed attention.
All other Summit staff were very helpful and professional.
Please pass on our thanks to everyone from Summit who worked on our house, we very much appreciated everyone’s hard work.

We were really pleased with the overall experience in dealing with Summit Home Improvements. The professionalism with which Brian Stanley and his team carried out our recent second storey addition was excellent. Having approached Summit with our own concept, Brian’s final design incorporated several useful improvements and not long afterwards work began promptly. Five months after the commencement of works, we took possession of our improved large family home.
We were also pleasantly impressed with the following;
• Variations resulting in design changes early on in the project were dealt with very fairly.
• Follow up maintenance was dealt with immediately with superb results.

We chose Summit to build our home extension in Hamilton Hill. We found them to be a very professional and exceptionally nice group of people to work with. We have five small children and they managed to work around us and accommodate us every step of the way. What could have been a very stressful and difficult period turned out to be anything but.

We want to express our gratitude for this simply amazing home. The building process has been flawless, from start to finish. People always speak of horror stories with building, however ours is simply a wonder! I would do it again in a heartbeat (although I think 2 in 5 years is enough ... Sam would divorce me, I am sure!!) and that is with two small children.
We want to acknowledge two people in particular, who without we would not have what we do now. Firstly, Angelo. Again, he has inspired us and the design is something that is rather special. People stop in the street and gape in awe - we've been told it is the "best house in Keane St" - someone even asked Sam the other day about the vacant block (not knowing it is an extension!). In many ways, this house falls totally into his talented hands. We have recommended him to everyone possible.
Secondly, Brian Cook. Whilst the design has been Ange's baby, the process has been phenomenally managed. There has barely been a dormant day with no one on site. Hence, we have finished in within 6 months. Brian has gone above and beyond in every way possible. And his lovely smiley face is a very welcome appearance 6 months into building mayhem!!
So, I thought I would pass our complete happiness on to management and acknowledge Angelo and Brian to you both.

Jim our consultant was very enthusiastic, well organised and came with a ‘can do’ attitude. We were difficult customers with specific ideas and nothing was too difficult. Graham our administrator did a great job, We felt we could call on him any time. Ian our supervisor provided a terrific contact person.
We are very pleased with our new extension, all our friends comment on it when they visit. This is our second extension with Summit and we always recommend them to our friends. I was indeed surprised at the professionalism and the whole package provided by Summit. A great job we are delighted with the ‘can do’ attitude of Summit.

Jim our designer had great ideas, was open to suggestions and happy to discuss changes, keeping us informed at all times. Graham our administrator gave us all the information about what was going to happen and provided a prompt response to all our queries. Brian our supervisor was excellent, always prompt, kept all trades organised, on time and completion of the job was superb. The quality of work was good, as expected, however extra points for neatness on daily completion with the clean up etc.
All our friends go WOW when they see our new extension. We would most definitely recommend Summit Home Improvements to our family and friends.

Summit delivered a quality renovation at a reasonable fixed price. The various stages from design to contract, commencement to handover were conducted professionally and each step of the process explained clearly.
